Shipping & Returns
USPS is our preferred shipping carrier. Orders are processed upon receipt, we always try to get our orders out as soon as possible but please allow up to-5-6 business days for processing. Packages will be shipped out in the order they are received. Shipping time estimates and processing do not account for non business days and/or holidays.

For orders of 25 lashes or more please allow a longer time for processing, approximately 9-11 days
Our policy lasts 7 days, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened and in the same condition that you received it

Once your order is processed you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please be advised it may take up to 24 hrs for your tracking info to be updated and active.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they leave our facility and are confirmed to be delivered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping rates vary based on weight and distance. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 7-20 business days for delivery based on your location. Import and customs fees may apply to some orders. We have no control over them and the customer is responsible for the fees.
